Description |
Handwritten on the back is "Bakers speach [sic] to the Beaune university. Arrow shows where I am in the crowd. Hospital 77 laundry building in rear of Bakers stand." The university is the American Expeditionary Forces University in Beaune. Roland Wallace Minich (1897-1955) enlisted in July 1918 in Jefferson, Missouri, and was discharged in September 1919. He served in the Army, Company E, 1st Engineers. He married Hazel Barnes (1894-1995) on August 17, 1924 in Spencer, Indiana. |
