On the mount is written "Riley Beach Store Ridinger Lake." The sign above the door reads "Groceries / Cottage for Rent / Ice Cream and Pop / Real Estate." The store, located near the Riley Resort rental cottages on the east shore of Ridinger Lake, was operated by Carl M. and Elizabeth (Allen) Siler from the 1940s until about the 1970s. |
