Description A group of men wearing uniforms and hats pose with a flag and a banner for the Fort Wayne Loyal Order of Moose, chapter 200. Family members believe that one of the men is probably Eugene Poinsette (1889-1925). According to the Fort Wayne Journal-Gazette, May 7, 1916, page 3A, chapter 200 formed in January 1910.
