This might be William Weber (born December 1861), father of Myrtle (Weber) Vann who owned a bar on the west side of Indianapolis.

    The athletes wear baseball uniforms with the names "Robison Ragsdale" on the front. Based on other photographs in this collection, Frank L. Vann is front row, 2nd from right. The Robison Ragsdale American Legion Post #133 is in Indianapolis. According to an online Post history, the name changed from Bruce P. Robison Squadron 133 to Robison-Ragsdale Post 133 in 1946.
