Description |
Steam locomotive 765 on Edgerton Road east of New Haven. Freight train has "N.Y.C. AND ST. L. on the side, indicating it belonged to the New York, Chicago, and St. Louis Railroad...better known as the "Nickel Plate Road." The locomotive had been restored prior to the photo. It sat on North Clinton and 4th Street in Fort Wayne near the Martin Luther King Bridge. |
